Aaron Lee, 33, hails from Swindon and boasts a diverse journey from competitive swimming to a thriving career in chemical sales.  

After excelling in academics and swimming, he pursued a degree in Chemistry and a subsequent Masters, all while swimming at a national level.  

His professional path led him to Lansdown Chemicals, where he ascended to a sales directorship role. Despite an abrupt exit due to company changes, Aaron embraced entrepreneurship, founding Alchem Trading Ltd. His venture quickly gained traction, securing significant contracts in chemical distribution. With a knack for networking and a keen eye for niche markets, Aaron’s business flourished within a year, demonstrating his resilience and entrepreneurial spirit.  

Outside work, he enjoys family life with his wife, Leila, and their three children, embodying dedication both personally and professionally.
