Arthur Dallimer

Arthur Dallimer is the founder of William Arthur Property and he’s an experienced and successful property developer concentrating on developments, both commercial and residential in Swindon (his home town), Wiltshire and Bristol.

Arthur, still only 28, bought his first house at 18 years old while studying for a degree in accountancy and finance at the University of the West of England in Bristol. He went on to undertake four other projects while studying and then focussed on building his knowledge in the world of property.

Arthur made his first million at the age of 21 and has continued to invest since that time.

He is very committed to his community in Wiltshire, has a love of heritage properties and bringing them back into use for a modern age. He’s become more well known in his home town for buying Swindon’s former Museum and Art Gallery (Apsley House) and is currently submitting plans for its future.
