Emma Georgiou
Emma Georgiou is an accredited executive and leadership coach who works with individuals and organisations to build resilience, improve performance and create happier, more cohesive teams. She has experience coaching across various sectors including healthcare, engineering, finance, education, professional sports and more. Clients have described Emma’s coaching style as empowering, insightful, grounded, spacious, kind, focused, authentic, and supportive. These qualities are at the core of her coaching philosophy.
Emma has a PhD in biomedical science and over fourteen years of leadership experience in healthcare communications, leading and coaching teams, and providing scientific, commercial and strategic support to clients (pharmaceutical companies, the NHS and health charities). More recently, she was the Executive Director of a not-for-profit health policy consultancy, developing award-winning healthcare initiatives in areas of unmet need to reduce health inequalities, drive behaviour change, and influence health policy.
Emma’s aim is to make a difference and create positive change, whether that is through her work in consultancy or through coaching and training.
