Jodie Fraser

Jodie Fraser is the managing director of Fraser Allen Estate Management and specialises in managing residential blocks for private landlords.  

She started in the industry 18 years ago and learned her sector inside and out. After some time, she felt she could offer a more caring service for landlords and tenants by creating her own company where there was always respect for the homes of others.  

She took the plunge in 2016 and her business and her team has grown now managing blocks in Bristol, Swindon, Cheltenham, London and the Midlands.  

Her company, and Jodie, have won multiple awards including being named Property Manager of the Year in 2020 and her company scooped the Pandemic Response Award (News on the Block). She’s also been named as one of the 42 Under 42 to watch by South West Business Insider (2021).
