Meet Diane Watson:

Diane Watson is an award-winning financial advisor and entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience.  A trusted voice in wealth management, specialising in investment, retirement, income protection and estate planning, she has also founded ‘She Can Prosper’ to empower women in achieving financial independence.

As a practising financial planner since 1994, she has grown a successful business whilst balancing family life. With first-hand knowledge about the challenges and pitfalls of being a successful female leader she has made it her mission to help other women to improve their family’s future by planning for their future. Diane aims to bridge the gender gap in financial literacy by providing women with knowledge, tools and support. Her advocacy for gender equality has positioned her as a thought leader, feature in various media outlets and speaking engagements and podcast guest.

Her book ‘She Can Prosper’ became an Amazon Best Seller when it was released on November 16, 2023.

Outside of business, Diane is a massive Liverpool fan, and also has experience of hosting a Ukrainian guest.

Meet Pam Case:

Pam Case is a highly-rated motivational speaker, podcast guest, author and MC/event host.  She has 15+ years of experience as an event organiser, group facilitator, and speaker.  

Pam works with groups and organisations who want to maintain audience energy or inspire other people to meet personal challenges or to cross cultural divides.

She also trains people to confidently find their way around LinkedIn so that they can find, connect and start to work with new clients.

Meet Caroline Cavanagh:

Caroline is a professional speaker, published author, national award winning therapist, Clinical hypnotherapist and master NLP practitioner.  Above all, she’s a lady who loves to help people feel mentally stronger.

We all have anxiety; therefore, the challenge is to use it productively and through her work, Caroline gives people the skills to do so. She helps people to understand anxiety and to use this knowledge to increase mental resilience and performance.

People work with Caroline individually and she also helps organisations to create a culture where reduced staff stress and anxiety can increase productivity and profitability.

She has a passion for working with teenagers to help reverse the trend in teenage anxiety, working both with individuals and in schools and colleges, helping students move from anxiety to confidence.

Away from work, Caroline is a netball umpire, umpiring matches both in the UK and overseas. She also has two very energetic dogs so when not running beside a netball court, she can often be found running through her local countryside with them.
