Meet more of my speakers!
I’m introducing four more members of my Scott Media’s Speakers’ group this week.
Meet Sean Harper –
Sean Harper manages Just for Fun Holiday Club, an OFSTED registered organisation spanning four Swindon venues. The club creates an inclusive environment for children aged between four to 13 where they can be involved in sports, arts and crafts, competitions, challenges and much more in Swindon during the school holidays.
Sean is driven by a passion for providing these opportunities for children for an array of engaging activities. He is also committed to health and is involved in the HAF programme where freshly prepared meals are provided daily for children and those on low income are funded by the government. The funding covers four hours a day but Sean and his team do not differentiate and all children receive the same care and experience for a whole ‘day’.
Just for Fun Holiday Club has established an excellent reputation, boasting over 170 5-star reviews from parents.
Each day at the holiday club is themed, offering a diverse range of experiences: water fights, nerf battles, movie nights with popcorn, and visits from local emergency services. Under Sean’s leadership, the club aims to create memorable moments within a fun and safe environment for children during their holiday breaks.
This year, Sean ran in the London Marathon, raising money for The Platform Project in Swindon.

Jon’s diverse career began when he left school at 16 to pursue professional dance training, but sadly his aspirations were cut short when he suffered a severe leg injury. Despite lacking formal qualifications, Jon ended up working as a filing clerk at Norwich Union (Aviva), while also entertaining children on the side.
Having developed a talent for IT, he ended up in the IT Department as a software tester. After redundancy, Jon pivoted to become an IT contractor, teaching himself web development and SEO along the way. Then over 15 years ago, he launched his successful precious metals and coin buying business, laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2022, Gold Traders became the first precious metals dealer in the UK to achieve Trading standards certification through the national ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme, which promotes open, transparent and ethical business. And in the same year, he won the South West Business Awards, Male Entrepreneur of the Year.
After a £1.8m redevelopment of a former supermarket, located on the High Street of Royal Wootton Bassett, RWB Auctions opened.
