What’s going to happen at my No BS Media Summit of 2026?

I’ve been so pleased with the outcomes of my first No BS Media Summit this year, and as you know, I’m running it again next year! Today I thought I’d share some information with you about what will happen at the event.
The dates for next year’s event are 11th and 12th November 2026, at the Doubletree by Hilton, Swindon. (Please note it’s not November 2025!).
There will be a maximum of 35 business owners, experts or representatives of charities or not for profits and five more journalists. Twenty-one people have already booked and everyone to date has booked for the whole two days!
Following the same model as this year’s summit I have decided to keep the numbers to 35, so that everyone has the opportunity to be seen and heard during the sessions.
The summit will include access to and networking with national journalists who will share their tips about how to work with them and others; also, delegates will receive training from top notch business leaders, access to an exclusive VIP dinner and much more!
The first day is a day for listening to, meeting and networking with the five working journalists, which will include national and international names. You’ll also have the opportunity to speed network with them and work with them to share your stories, expertise and experience.
For those who book for the whole event there will be a VIP charity dinner – two course – and this is all included in the ticket price. There will be some fun elements, and any funds raised will go to a maximum of two charities or community projects important to the Scott Media team.
During the second day, a masterclass will include training presentations by three speakers sharing their business expertise and giving you useful knowledge to help you in your business. Then there will be the opportunity to work on a story for pitching – this could be around your business, your expertise or your personal experience – or a mixture.
Two journalists and one expert will lead a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style session where some delegates, after working on their stories, will have the opportunity to pitch. This is not compulsory but it’s about learning from others how to pitch and understanding what pitching is and how it works.
As you may have read in my previous blogs there have already been some amazing outcomes for some of the delegates who attended this year. If you want to know how to get your name in front of national journalists, and the type of stories they are interested in, then this summit is a must for you and/or your business.

Alongside all of this activity, there will also be the opportunity to have a mini photoshoot for an additional fee.
Investment:
To attend the whole event, investment during the early bird period (running until a year before the actual event) is £725 + VAT.
To attend one day the investment is £380 +VAT and you can choose between day one (with the five journalists) or day two (with two journalists and three speakers).
Early bird pricing ends on November 10th 2025, when prices will rise to £850 + VAT for the whole event and £550 + VAT for one day. If any spaces are available by then.
If you would like to pay in instalments you can pay over a 6-month period but must pay an initial fee of £150 + VAT to secure your space, however, in doing so you are committed to pay the whole amount. Due to costs incurred there is a no refund policy on this event.
